I have a pressure tester and the system pressurizes no problem. The cap is a brand new Nissan unit and also holds pressure. I don't lose coolant, the radiator and overflow tank have proper amount of coolant. No head gasket issues and the engine compression is good. Thanks for the link to the FSM, that's actually what I had read previously, just curious how you applied the 22lbs to deflect the belt? I can probably try to get a hold of a force gauge.
