Message	speed traps and are illegal. My father has fought and won twice doing trial by mail. It's such BS that they spend tax payer's dollars on something they know damn well is illegal but because most people will just pay the fine and move on they do it anyways. Most cops will give you a warning for doing over 55 with a trailer. 65 and below and you are usually ok.
