Message	I bought a Phillips kit ump-teen zillion years ago and it's still working. The stock headlights were garbage and higher watt bulbs didn't seem to help (actually melted wiring). Where do you get replacement ballasts (if possible) and replacement bulbs? I'll never go back to stock.
