4.5 to 5mm. right where it is supposed to be. With those cams and springs, when the engine was off, depending on where the engine stopped, it would push the tensioner closed. It didn't matter how many times I adjusted it, it always did that with those components on it. It also made the tensioner "chatter" meaning that the tension arm would bounce in and out dependent on engine RPM. It did the same with two different, new, OEM tensioners. Greg at SZ seemed to think that the Ferrea springs and the JWT 500 cams just weren't a good match.
