You don't need drop spindles to correct roll center, just longer ball joints and tie rod ends. These will have a similar effect as drop spindles although it will not make up for the upper control arm angle. Also, if the control arm is parallel to the ground or even close to it at rest it IS going to be angled higher than the inside pickup point under roll while cornering... Most of the resistance to roll that one may feel when going to lower ride heights has to do with the fact that the springs are stiffer. This tends to mask the fact that going much lower than stock likely has an adverse affect on roll resistance.
