salvage. I pulled the gears, cams, and solenoids all for less than $100 or so. If I remember the exhaust are the same, you really just need the intake, but I'm not 100% on that. The most expensive thing is everything else like harness, turbos, injectors, etc that go along with the build. I went with SZ and an 8 bit ECU as well as full breather 2.5" piping and exhaust. A major question is can you do the work yourself? If so, you're way ahead. Check with TriniTT for what he wants on the cam stuff. For the conversion you do have to do some splicing into the fuel pump controller and fan, but there is a write up.
