Message	That looks more like a chopped VFD than PWM. PWM should have a nearly square wave signal, with the sum of the uptime and downtime constant at any speed (duty cycle, and all that jazz) About the tail of the signal... have you tried adding a pulldown resistor on the gate to have it drop quicker/cleaner?
