looks like the off time is almost the same bewteen the two speeds, just the on time is increased, not what I was expecting to see for typical PWM. Was a real fuel pump hooked up? This was measured at the pump? Do you have a 2nd probe to measure the input/control voltage at the same time? I'd expect to see a much nicer square wave/falling edge than that, maybe it's just the nature of an eletric motor winding down making that slope and ripples? Or some performance/endurance advantage to a slower ramp down to off state? Is there a cap on the output? Just curious, looks like you're having fun.
