Although that's the first time I've read that figure I guess I left a step out, 196 watts at 100% efficiency is 0.25 HP, 0.44 HP at 60% efficiency. Without knowing the pulley dimensions off hand, I would say the stock pulley ratio is about 2.25:1. That puts the alternator at about 1500 RPM at engine idle. That would put the alternator output generally in the 50% output range (stock is 70 amps?) so 35 amps out. At 1500 RPM the alternator would be around 3300 RPM, into the 85% output range (60A) It would be near peak output by about 2200 (engine) RPM.
