I found that Nissan had been improving the fuel pump controller over the years. Most of the changes were only in the bias resistors that controlled the fuel pump speed. But, in 1995 they made some significant changes in not only the pump speed but the current handling. In 1995 they added a capacitor to the main load circuit. The capacitor that was in that circuit was changed to a different value as well as its voltage handling capability and they again changed the bias resistors. Using this info I created a souped up version of the 1995 fuel pump controller. I used the same value components as the 1995 controller but I increased the voltage and current capability of those components. Below are pictures of the finished controller. The main board I used to do the mod was from my 1993 TT. I've also included a link to me demonstrating the three speeds of the TT FPC. Three speed FPC demo using the original 1993 circuit. I made this video using my previous and rather crude bench setup. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lug0P0SMkgw Pictures of the "improved 1995 FPC" made from my 1993 TT main board.
