Message	UGH USPS... If this was a PayPal transaction, you'd win. I know because I've lost claims similar where I was receiving something, USPS says they delivered it, but I never got it. I lost, but only $50. I suspect the item went to someone else's mailbox who wasn't a nice enough person to return it. The shipper obviously shipped it and I obviously didn't receive it. Its a shitty situation, certainly shitter when $2K is on the line. Hindsight is 20/20, but I would never use USPS for anything of significant value. FedEx Air service only with insurance and tracking for me.
