Message	USPS messes up more than you can think. I have had parts saying delivered to me and end up in other peoples hands. It has happened to me several times.. the piece of paper they produce unless you have a signature on it is useless.I imagine others have experienced this before. Don't send it through the USPS unless you want to run the risk.
