Message	I never received it so I can not refund you for something I never received. I told you and your lawyer that if you or the post office could provide a signature of where I signed for it I would refund you no questions asked. Even if it was a faked signature. I know 100% I did not receive it nor did I sign for it. So your beef should be with the postal service. If they had a signature and "lost" it that is not my fault. Nor is it my fault if the package never arrived to me. I will still offer you a FULL refund even 4 years later if you or the post office can come up with a delivery notice that is signed in my name.
