Message	Jason purchased a RPS Carbon Carbon Clutch from me. It was back in 2010 when RPS switched from the steel pressure plate to the aluminum pressure plate. Jason was not happy with the new twin disc clutch so I told him he could return it for a refund no problem. Jason sent the clutch back US Mail and I never received it. I talked to my mail person and went to the post office to try and resolve it but they said the shipper would have to make the claim etc... Jason basically claimed I screwed him and got a lawyer involved. I told the lawyer that if they could get something from the post office that showed they did deliver it to me(IE a signature) I would have no problem giving him the refund I promised. Basically no signature was ever produced and I guess Jason did not have insurance on it. Not sure why he decided to us the postal service for a $2K+ item and not insure it or have a signature required. So he has blamed me every since. That is the ONLY dealing we have had.
