Message	I swapped my steering column yesterday in an afternoon thanks to the inspiration from Bernie via email. Ran into an issue but found a good solution. My 2-3 degrees of play is now gone, and the steering response is back to how it felt when i bought the car with 43k on the clock. Details in a write-up in the technical forum.
