Message You'll not notice much deterioration until something really breaks.

Whether one specific engine breaks after 10K running @ redline all the time, or the engine breaks after running 15K @ redline all the time it would be hard to say definitively the reason was because you were running @ redline all the time.

But rest assured if you looked at a fleet of our engines running @ redline all the time you would see a direct correlation to engine reliability.

That being said the reliability running ABOVE the redline would be drastically reduced -- like falling off a cliff! It's really a risk discussion.

The real question is what's your tolerance for risk, YlwPrlZTT?
