Message	the boots. Also the top hats where installed without consideration for their correct alignment onto the car. Shock was straight but the since the spring can't seat on the perch, the bowed spring makes for the optical effect you see. The springs are labeled F and R but that clearly didn't get noticed. Upon return to Merchants the customer was told "oh I thought all 4 of them where the same." I hope the A team was gone for the night and the oil change crew was left with access to the tools.
