Message	but technically, if it's locked and causing the fan to spin all the time, your car should run cooler, not hotter. If it was soft and spun freely, then it wouldn't be moving air as efficiently and cause the temp to creep. 93 2+2 Twin Turbo Track Build - jsworks.org for more info!
