Message If you don't ever intend to do the breather mods than the 530's or 550's are an ok choice but if breather mods are even a remote possibility you shouldn't get anything smaller than sport 700's.

"All of the 700 and smaller Garrett 5 bolt housing turbos spool the same if the set up has breather mods. The 530/550 does spool faster than 700 without breather mods. Once the set up can breath, the 700 turbo self feeds just as fast as the 530 with the 5 bolt housing. The stock smaller 4 bolt housing
does spool faster, but the 4 bolt housing becomes a cork for top end performance. The larger turbos will all over take the stock ones within the first gear your racing if you have tires that can hold the power. With breather mods and available turbos today, I would only recommend 700 turbos, HKS 2530's, or GTX28 series turbos.
The 2560 is a odd duck, it spools slower than a 530/550/ or 700, it makes more power than a 530/550 but less than a 700, so it makes no sense to use because the 700 spools faster and makes more power. I think it is probably because the wheels are not matched, similar to the 2871 being a dog."

Here is a comparison of 530's vs 700's on cars with breather mods. As you can see there is absolutely no reason not to go with the 700's.
