Message	I assure you that we didn't take it lightly but it is also hard to go back and fix or reprimand someone for issues that took place in the latter months of last year some four months ago. I could have asked for all kinds of paperwork and documentation to try and track the breakdown but i was trying to save you the hassle and it's not fair to the guys when it wasn't a current issue.
