Message Generic pads are $25 front and $30 rear, Hawk HPS are $125 front $90 rear, and you can get any pad imaginable... Ferrodo, Porterfield, Hawk HPS/HP+/etc

Rotors are $50/ea front and rear for cheap Centrics, and $100 a piece front and rear for crossdrilled Stoptechs. You can also get two piece rotors from a few manufacturers. They all need to ge redrilled of course.

Pedal feel is better than stock, and better than 370Z and R33 GTR brembos. The forged monoblock calipers do not distort at all. Pads also play a big part in feel.

FWIW, I've done multiple 60-0 stop tests with these brakes on the 260ZR. The car comes to a complete stop while the speedo is still dropping past 20MPH. The stopping power is unbelieveable, and the ABS does still work.

Cost for a complete front and rear setup including used calipers painted in the color of your choice, rotors, hubcentric rings for the rotors, pads, modified e-brake assemblies, caliper brackets, and SS lines is $3000.
