After looking at more charts even without E85 other stock turbos make that extra low end with the manifolds and more on top with the same fuels. The manifolds always make the whole power band bigger with larger turbos, my first thought was higher velocity to feed the small turbo, and at the top end it was out of breath. But looking at more charts, I can see other stock turbos with MSP manifolds making more low end than Evan. Evan adjusted his cams himself and they are likely more retarded.
