My friend bought a 91 pulsar and I thought that Nissans looked kinda cool so I went on EBAY at school later that day and typed in Nissan. That is when I first saw the Z32 and never looked back. I did not know a thing about Z cars or that they were even related. I started searching for one to buy and they were all $15k+ it seemed for a good TT. I was working later on a few weeks later at Pizza Hut when a Black 90 TT rolled through the drive to pick up some pizza and I said "holy hell i that a 300ZX?" and the lady was like "yeah, my husbands turbo, and its for sale". Quite the find in a farming town of 4000 people in North Iowa. I got her number and that weekend he let me and my friend take it out on a test drive. It was a blast. I was afraid of how fast it could get going, and with how little effort. I was also amazed at how it looked like a space shuttle under the hood. This guy was probably a little crazy to let to 17 year old kids go out ripping in his Z. He was asking $10k for it, but I just couldn't come up with the money, but I was sold. Bought my first Z (90 pearl yellow NA 5spd) out of Des Moines a short while later. I put a stereo in it and nitrous and it was a blast. I sold that car tho, to search for a TT, and within 6 months I road tripped to chicago to pick up my 93 black TT ($12,500 lol). AC worked and everything. I got a new chassis now but I built that motor and am still running it. Love these cars, ever since I discovered them. Always will. Still got the black Z too, my mom drives it. It is a stock TT again!
