Message In my experience, the low end torque has more to do with the engines ability to move air when it can breath.
The 700 turbos offer the same low end, with more power if the car has all the breather mods and cams.

I would say those torque numbers at 4000 RPM are average for a Z that can breath with 700 and smaller turbos.

Below is Tony Myrie's car with the same mods on 700 turbos......
Red is pump with Meth injection (NOT MAX BOOST)
Blue is 93 octane.

Making over 500 ft lbs torque at the tires by 4000 RPM.
Making 400 ft lbs by 3600 RPM
Making 20 PSI by 3800 RPM
