flush the condenser and any lines with mineral spirits and compressed air. Or you can get the flush canister kit from ACKITS.com. The thermostatic switch wires into the signal wire from the ECU to the compressor. So when the temp drops to a certain point the switch will cut off the compressor to prevent freeze up. This is the parts needed from ACKITS.com. They should have the Binary switch needed for the drier but I got it from a member on the form for $10. Its a combination high/low cutoff switch. I think the part number on ac kits is 29-30703-3 (-0) maybe R134asp4068. Member Jazz Z is who I bought it from.[ http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=classified&msg_id=162895&forum=classified&dtSearch=0 ] CP3008 - 1986 - 2005 Asian Import System O-ring Kit $12.59 RT201B - Nylog (Blue) Gasket Thread Sealant for HFC Systems $9.49 37-13226-AM - Accumulator - Drier $14.08 41-50062-8 - BVA Auto 100 Ester Glow (8 Ounce Bottle) 2 $5.42 $10.84 32-10903 - Thermostat 18 inch $17.82 FSM has the exact amount of oil that needs to be added once the system is fully flushed. You wont get all or even close from the compressor because its obviously spread out. The two bottles are needed because one is for the compressor flushing.
