Message This is just a quick review of Brett Dempsey top feed fuel rails kit. I don't feel like posting up a full install how to. Brett's instructions for this kit are pretty self explanatory. When it comes to the fuel line set up, you can go a few different ways. I choose a parallel design for the best flow to the injector. It is more expensive then a single feed with y adapters.

Over all review of the kit: The BDE kit is very nicely put together. Everything was packaged and labeled clearly. All the hardware is very high quality with ARP bolts. The wood pieces are very nice and I have no issues with how I feel about putting them on. LOL

We also originaly got the kit with 2200cc injectors but decided to change them back out with 1000cc's to make it easier to tune with the stock ecu. Brett was great at accommodating us and swapping out the injectors.

Install: I give the install about a 6/10 difficulty. It's almost as much as doing a 120k service. You need to pull upper and lower plenums which require pulling the crank pully and timming belt. We sent the upper and lower plenum into Brett to get fitted for the kit. Turn around was about 2 weeks. Brett was very helpful with this.

Fittings and hose are not included with the kit. I would prepare to pay an extra $200-$500 for fittings and upgrades depending on what setup you use. You may want to put in a new high flow filter and pressure regulator also.
We went with jegs AN lines and fittings with a high flow aeromotive filter. He already had the aeromotive pressure regulator. We have had no issues with the lines and I was very pleased with the quality. Cost was around $300 for everything.

The install went great and nothing leaked. The system runs like this: -8an line to filter, -8an out of filter to Y adapter, split to 2 -6an fittings to rails, 2 -6an fittings out of rails to dual input fuel pressure regulator, -6an return line out of regulator. pumps are dual aeromotive stealth 340. You also need some -8an fittings for the modified balance tube.

This system held 800hp without any issues. I have made a few adjustments and minor additions since these pics. like some different filter brackets and fuel line separators for the middle lines.
