Subject	Should the front hub spin freely?

Message	I'm installing some larger rotors, but when spinning the front hub by hand, it seems like it should spin pretty easily. Mine only spin a half revolution or so when I give them a push. Shouldn't they spin easier than that? It seems like this is drag that shouldn't exist and if nothing else affects my gas mileage, or generates heat, or....
