| harness under the driver side dash of the dash? i have an after market alarm system, and it was not professionally installed. nothing is labeled and i can not tell what is what. so i am looking for the stock wiring diagram under the drivers side dash. i have to make sense of what is what. some wires are just spliced right into the current harness with zero color coding. its crazy. i dont even know what is a ground for the alarm, and what is a 12v. ...or what is even for the alarm system at all. i am trying to remove the alarm system, and clean up the wires in preparation for gauges, and other controllers..etc. ....put it this way...a BLACK wire is a 12v, and a YELLOW wire is a ground that was going to the previous gauge installed in the a pillar single pod...along with a green wire just sitting there in the a pillar. ugh.
so if ANYONE could help me out with what the STOCK wiring harness should be like on the drivers side under the dash...i would REALLY appreciate it!
oh, also...can anyone suggest a good alarm system? i think i will install it myself instead of letting some doucher hackup the harness with no rhymne or reason.
pss...i got out of a ticket last night from a female cop because she is a huge Z lover. I just happened to shift from 2nd to 3rd and the BOV's went off right as i past her in a ritzy neighborhood. ...the speed limit was 35, but no one is ever on the road. she had me cold, but let me go because she loves Z's ....+1 for taste.
