| You will be hard-pressed to find a knowledgeable tuner that is willing to give away information let alone post it on a forum. Why would you spend so much money on a great EMS and skimp out on the tune? Its not about what you can "getting away with" its about idealizing parameters for your engine, not just picking numbers, or using what someone else is "getting away with". Do you have a dyno? If not, how exactly do you plan to idealize timing? Based on what you've posted, I recommend you just stop now before you cause any more damage. Take it to a knowledgeable tuner with experience in your EMS and platform, at the end of the day you will end up with a safer tune, more power, and spend much less than repairing a damaged engine.
