| So my current hatch is rusting out and has black duct tape as my third brake light... A couple weeks ago I picked up a black 96 hatch with a good, non cracked, TBL. Not a big fan of the spoiler, so I removed it. I was going to just fiberglass over the holes, before I painted it, but was told by many people that it would sag and eventually crack. With not being confident enough to paint the hatch properly, around the glass (wasn't removed), I went around and got some quotes for doing the welding of the holes and painting - none of the quotes were anywhere close to the price range that I was willing to pay. A member (white22sky) gave me the contact info of another member (aromero), that was currently painting his whole car. I gave Angel a call and he gave me a price I couldn't turn down for welding and painting.
I dropped my front bumper and hatch off last Friday. A couple days ago, he through out the option of painting my TBL, while it was off the hatch. Got these pictures this morning and now I cannot wait to see this in person and get it installed! 
Angel was a GREAT guy to work with! Always answered my phone calls and kept in touch. More than reasonable prices with a week turn around time, I'm not complaining.
I have yet to see the pieces in person, but he sent me pictures of the progress the whole time and kept me well updated. If you are near Chicago or the IL/Wisc boarder, I definitely would recommend contacting him if you ever need anything painted. I'll get some more pictures once it is installed.
