Def. made shifts quicker. Takes 5 mins to install, just plug n play. I mounted mine to the P-side kick panel with some 3M double sided tape.
Just a note: If you do end up getting it remember when you install it not to tighten the bolt in the harness down too much or it will cause the ends to bow out thus not allowing proper connection and making the trans malfunction. I did this wrong the first time and thought I ruined my trans.
