in the past, the pair I'm working on now seem to be in the best condition. The others were junk and fell apart upon attempting to take them apart. I'd always wanted something that shined really brightly like the 99-spec, but didn't care much for the price tag over function. So, I took them apart to convert the cutoffs and I noticed that they don't seem very cheap, they seem very well-made and I appreciate how they adjust vs. the bulky USDM ones. Plus, the bulbs are different from the USDM ones, and I like how the bulb/housing seal is designed around the bulbs vs the US ones. If you're going with JDM housings, H3C bulbs for the low beams aren't an issue to find, and the high beams use an H1 in a special holder so it's readily available at any local parts store. But the bulb is smaller and the light coming through the projector seems more precise.
