I have another Z coming in for some AC work next weekend, so I'll do a step by step of removing the evaporator from under the dash, gutting the TSV, installing the thermostat, etc If this thermostat doesn't work very well, there is an electronic one that I'll try next, but it is more expensive at $80 vs $18 for this one.
