Message	1) does power generation play a role in which oil a person should choose? i choose an oil based on wear and tear protection (primarily), not how much power it helps me gain 2) do you have any UOA's? i don't know if ANYTHING is "far superior" to redline, their only drawback is their price. and mobil 1 (0w40) is factory-fill for the nissan gtr, AMG, aston martin, corvettes, evo's, porsches. i would love to see an UOA between the motul and the redline/mobil 1. ester-based oils i think are overrated, the bases aren't as important as the additive packages in the UOA's that i have seen. there are plenty of quality group III oils, even, that would hold up to any ester-based oil, such as pennzoil platinum for example.
