Message but first.

Some wire & fuse box tuck pics before unveiling the final product.

Realizing that I never took pics of where I decided to run some of my wires on the drivers side. I chose the bottom of the frame rail. This is also where I decided to run my wastegate line that I T'd below the oil pan and strapped to the powersteering hose.

I decided on running my MAF and PTU harnesses just between the pipes. PLENTY of space to run everything. Only needed to split part of my shiny new harness. This was mainly for the coolant temp sensor. Notice that I pointed the brass 90 down for more ease of running boost controller hoses.

All buttoned up.

I ziptied everything more neatly than shown. Kinda difficult to make out, but at the bottom, the two silicone lines are the ones that are drooping down. 1 is the main wastegate T that I mentioned above while the other is for the BOV's which are tied in via 1/4" NPT out of the PCV's.

Here's everything run through. I was RIDICULOUSLY stoked that the 2 connectors pictured above the #5 blue tape square didn't have to be extended. I had previously extended that section of harness about 4ft or so and once we started feeding the PTU and MAF, realized the two connectors could be fed from there as well. Those two connecters are the ones that are usually mounted on the metal bracket above the fuse box.

All my "space" slowly disappearing as everything is put into place.

Filter still needs to be oiled but this is basically how everything is going to sit. I still need to build a little bracket to straighten out the filters. I should still be able to squeeze in the morosso coolant overflow on the right as well.

I'm sure I'll get a few flames for the BOV's, but you can GFY. :) I threw away my recircs YEARS ago. Eventually I'll replace them.

And now ladies and gentlemen....

Before

After

If you've wiped the drool and and put away the vaseline and tissues and are still reading, I still have a little bit of work to do before she's driveable.

I would post the video of the startup but due to idiot error, am a bit embarrassed about it. First off, I didn't connect the sub harness by the ECU that comes off of the main EFI harness. This threw us into troubleshooting mode because we couldn't get the fuel system primed.

The worst mistake was putting in my SZ chip backwards and from what I've read, frying it so yeah, the car ran, but in full limp mode, very rough, and couldn't get it into diag mode or read the ECU with Datascan or Ztalk.

Updated mod list in my profile.
