Message	It's a shame rally isn't popular in the US. It looks so damn fun. Back in high school I wanted to get together with some friends and buy a couple of cheap dodge neons, strip 'em down, drop in a turbo and a set of studded tires and go race on the MN lakes and rivers. I still wish I could have gotten that together - not quite a rally, but it would have been sweet.
