Message	I don't deny your experience. Neither do I deny the experiences of others. I admire was Russell has tried to do in many ways. However, there have been problems and not all of them have been resolved in a timely fashion. I still deal with them from time to time. That said, I do it as an informed consumer with complete clarity as to who I am dealing with and what I might expect. That is why this thread is relevant. JMHO
