Message	I appreciate the info. So you called the technical assistance line at 9-10 am? That line is a free service for our customers and technicians do the best they can to answer it as time permits. The particular guys that answer it have a meeting on Friday mornings, but they do return VM. Can you tell me what address you sent an e-mail to because I can actually track that down directly and deal with a lack of response.
