But my AVC-R showed 0.0%. I know this isn't the most accurate way to test but the throttle shaft is machined just like stock and the holes are in line with the throttle shaft bearing pockets. The o-ring seems to be doing it's job well. It's Viton and it has an interference fit with the shaft so it's airtight. I chucked the throttle shaft in a power drill yesterday (removed throttle plate and stops) and ran it on high for about 7 minutes, they still seal. I'm working my way through the Parker catalog (thank you Jim Selin) to find a nice seal to be used on production throttle bodies. Rob
