Message	I'm wrong but the tire creates a wind force forward as it spins creating some back presure onto your vents, you would want the vents to be louvered downwards so it flows with the air flow created by the spinning tire which also develops a vaccum on the wheelwell. I'm not a aero engineer, but this seems to be basic physics. No drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power.
