Message	to be made in flipping commercial and residential real estate than the fairly slim profit margin on turbo kits for me... Only sold 2 sets before my girl got me into the deep end of the real estate game, 1 locally, and the other to a guy out in Cali. Aside from my 9-5, that soaks up most of my b.s. time to make those on the side. Sigh.....Papi got bills to pay, and Mami needs new shoes! So Cash Money trumps what was once a hobby.
