Message	The core charge is in place so that we can take "good' motors and rebuild them. If you return a motor that can not be rebuilt then we can not refund the complete core charge amount. Even though it has been over 3 years I would be willing to refund you the core amount we deducted for your damaged block if you can source and ship me a good block to replace it.
