Message center of the disc with the alignment tool before tightening one of the 12mm bolts for the pressure plate.

With the alignment tool in place, wiggle the clutch disc up and down, left to right, and locate dead center. While holding it center, tighten up one of the pressure plate bolts a little - enough to hold it in place.

This helps with the input shaft alignment to the pilot bushing during tranny install.
