And since they are fairly low tq bolts... shouldn't be a problem.. Try heating the housing (where the threads are inside).. or the threads of the stud.. Use PB blaster for sure.. let it sit.... then heat after you wipe up the excess PB. I got a matco set of stubbys and ratchet stubbys.. but I do this stuff all the time.. so I need good stuff. If you're just trying to do downpipes and occassionally do thigns.. save ur money and get a set of HF stubbys.
