Close...but their needs to be a little more explanation to this. The normal boiling point of water is 212 degrees Fahrenheit. When you boil water that is allowed to build pressure, like in a sealed cooling system. You can actually lower the coolant's boiling point. People upgrade their radiator caps from say 1.2 Bar (Stock Z32 Rad Cap) to something like 1.30 ~ 1.37 Bar (Z1 Motorsports Rad Cap, NISMO, Power Enterprise, etc.) Stock Radiator caps raise the boiling point of the coolant to 222 degrees Fahrenheit. Whereas a Z1 or a NISMO will increase it to roughly 225 ~ 228 degrees Fahrenheit. This will help keep engine temps in check. The only down side to this is that as pressures increases, do will eventually find a failure point somewhere in the cooling system.
