In the 6 years I owned HKS, I never saw an ounce of rust on it. There is a stainless and titanium version of it, for those who desire such. And Specialty Z invented the first 3" relatively bendless cat-back. B&B fits like shit without boring out flange holes and has bends that reduce performance, thus, in my book, B&B isn't nearly worth its cost. You can keep putting aesthetics first... that's FAR more ricey than modding for performance.
