| disassembly pics. The det sensor wiring was so dry rotted, it just fell apart when I pulled the lower intake plenum. There was ALL kinds of junk sitting on top of the engine.
 How do the chambers look? There was a large piece of RTV stuck in one of the coolant passages, you can see it in the pic. Bottom of pic, cylinder #4.
 It's got a gold hue to everything internal. I never noticed this on domestic tear downs. Is it just the film of oil on everything?
 Did Nissan stamp the rods from the factory?
 One last question while I am posting, how do I get the dipstick tube out? Is it just pressed in? I am trying to break as few items as possible during the disassembly!
