I contacted BCS300Z ( Brian ) about his Diff cooler and this is the info I recieved: The EURO diff has the return line mounted in the top of the diff carrier. This will not work on a 2 seater, but it should clear in a 2+2. Because of that, I had to use the rear cover as the inlet and outlet. If you look at the pic of the EURO diff cover, you will see there is a pick-up tube with filter. This has an outlet on the top of the cover. There are also two ports at the bottom of the cover. One (on the left) I use by taking the nipple off the diff carrier and inserting there. The other (in the middle bottom) is the temp sensor. This is temp switched OEM but I put in a temp gauge and had the pump switchable in the cabin. Because of the clearance issues in the 2 seater, I still used the pick-up as the pick-up, but used the lower bung as the return.
I wired the pump into a switch in the cabin near the gauge, so I could flip it on and off on demand. The pump is setup to pull the oil through the cooler and then return. This set-up did bring results. I would see temps drop by 20-30 degrees in minutes on the highway.
Thank you Brian for the Photos and Info, very helpful.
