Actually if you search, you'll see the iridium plugs are .135 shorter, so they don't sit as far out of the heads and therefore don't supply as good of a spark as the NGK PFR6B-11B. The NGK BKR7EIX may be a newer plug technology, but the NGK PFR6B-11B were made specifically for our cars. So I'm gonna stick with them. Plus just feeling the difference between the two plugs, makes me happy to have switched to the NGK PFR6B-11B plugs.
