Message	with those mods and on 23psi... you will EASILY get mid 11's ... i recently ran a 12.4 and all i have is a jwt ecu, unorthodox pulley, and a boost controller set to 14psi and i do have stock turbos... and i did this on street tires.. yea they are brand new and very soft rubber, but street tires none the less...your car is much faster so ide say you should have no problems achieving mid 11's
